Client: Topwei One Unit Trust

LG Consult were engaged by Topwei One Unit Trust Pty Ltd to conduct environmental and geotechnical investigations at a property of 55,200 square meters located in Leppington, NSW (the site).

The site is proposed for redevelopment involving the demolition of existing buildings and construction of 11 mixed commercial/residential buildings of 5 to 8 storeys and 2 level basements.

As part of the background investigations our environmental and geotechnical specialists conducted contamination assessments and undertook geotechnical and salinity investigations, which included rock coring, soil sampling and laboratory analysis.

We productively managed the environmental, health and safety aspects and successfully completed the site investigation works.

During site investigation works we effectively liaised with our client internal representatives and external relevant authorities in order to meet the project objectives, which resulted in positive outcomes for our client.
