LG Consult were engaged by Watson Elite Pty Ltd to conduct environmental and geotechnical investigations at a property of 670 square meters, located in Haymarket, NSW (the site).

The site is proposed for redevelopment comprising construction of a 15 storey 160 unit boarding house building for student accommodation. The development will also include a host of amenities including a ground-floor lobby and cafe, parking, theatre, gym, common rooms and rooftop terrace and external artwork.

As part of the background investigations our environmental and geotechnical specialists conducted contamination and geotechnical investigations with soil sampling and laboratory analysis.

We productively managed the environmental, health and safety aspects and successfully completed the site investigation works, which resulted in positive results for our client.
